MY CONFESSION

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and

shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the

dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth

unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made

unto salvation. (Rom 10:9-10)

In Christ’s Death

His Crown of thorns Was my guilt and shame His Stripes Were my wounds and pain suffered from those I love His Nakedness Was my iniquity revealed His darkness Was my lack of light and understanding of God His cry, My God, My God, why have you forsaken me Was my cry of despair When He said, I thirst He pictured my realization of needing truth from God His declaration, It is finished Was my turning from the world for answers of salvation When He said, Into thy hands I commit my spirit I gave my heart to the one true God and died the death When His side was pierced I released the water and blood of confusion and began my quest for truth When He was buried I was buried, by the water of the word, and united with Him in death When He was resurrected I was aquitted from all sin When He ascended I ascended into the heavenly understanding of my Father, realizing He is love and that love does not make a record of sin And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. (Rev 22:17)
